La la land is a musical romantic-drama. It tends to visually describe the highs and lows which a struggler goes through in his/her way to success. Moreover, it beautifully shows the changes which occur in person after tasting success.

Storyline:
The movie revolves around the two main characters Mia ( Emma Watson) and Sebastian (Ryan Gosling). The two characters are out in LA trying to make a name for themselves by doing what  they love. Both of them love dancing and singing.
However, Mia wants to pursue a career in acting while Sebastian wants to save the dying genre of music; jazz. Sebastian is an outstanding Pianist. Both of them have part time jobs and that's how they meet and eventually fall in love while admiring each other's talent.
Characters:
In my opinion Mia's character is comparatively well developed that any other character and the way Emma Stone has played it is marvellous. She completely stands out. Ryan Gosling has done a pretty fair job in reviving the importance of a pianist in any band or any genre of music. Surprisingly, John legend has done a pretty good job too.
Music:
Being a musical drama, the music had to be good. The tracks vary from pure jazz to modern jazz to ball music. The music is soothing and relaxes you in every way.
Cinematography​
It is the part of the movie which i liked the most. The cinematography of the movie gives the Opera sort of a feeling with dark background and tell spotlight. Moreover, the flashbacks add an excitement to the whole movie.
Climax:
The climax is rather an unexpected one and it changes the whole outlook of the movie into an unexpected reality.
My Opinion:
In my opinion it's a very entertaining movie. It brings out the joy of life within you especially if you've fallen in love. Moreover, if you are not a movie lover, the music is worth your time.
I'll give it the rank of a must watch no matter what genre you're into.

The remake of the Ghostbusters (1984) horror comedy was nothing short of what people had expected. It was as dumb (yet funny) as it could get. The story revolves around 3 females (Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig and Kate Mckinnon) interested in the paranormal who come across an eye witness ( Leslie Jones) and start their adventure of capturing the ghost. In the mean time, they hire an assistant (Chris Hemsworth) who is the dumbest among the dumb.
The movie basically captures the problems and difficulties which they face while saving the world and themselves from an evil scientist who is bent on bringing​ back the dead. How do they do it? Find out on your own.
The plot of the movie is dumb yet humourous and it deserves a watch. Here is a look at the movie.
